摘要
采用两种不同材质的金属陶瓷棒作为测温热电偶的两极,置于液态金属中连续测量金属温度。热电偶具有耐渣侵蚀性好、耐热震性好、输出热电动势值大,重复性好,在金属熔化温度范围内其热电动势与温度的对应关系明显,为高温液态金属的温度测量提供了一种新方法。
Thermal couple made of different ceramets was immersed directly into hot metal to measure temperature continuously. It has the properties of high resistance to corrosion of hot metal and slag, high thermal shock resistance, and ideal linear relationship between measuring temperature and thermal Emf. A newmethod for continuous measuring the temperature of hot metal is provided.
