摘要
以广义泰勒公式和切削稳定条件极限宽度为约束条件,以金属切削率为目标函数,用极值法推导出圆弧车刀强力车削时不发生颤振时选择切削参数的计算式。通过数值解和数控编程结合,为圆弧车刀在数控加工中提高加工效率提供了一种新的办法。
By generalized Taylor formula and restriction of limited width at stable turning, with expect function about ratio of turning,the calculational formulae of select cutting parameters that ensure no vibration at curved mightily turning of arced lath tool was deduced. By the integration of numerical result and CNC programming,a new method which advances the effciency at the CNC machiningof arced lath tool is provided.
