摘要
根系生长在土壤中,这给人们对根的研究带来了许多困难。因此,人们对根系的研究和认识水平与根在植物生长中的重要性还不太相适应。尽管如此,根系的研究方法在不断地更新和改善,人们对根的认识也在不断地深入。本文就有关植物根系研究方法的历史和发展加以综合概述。
Root research under natural field conditions has not been paid sufficient attention in science. The reason for this is primarily methodological. Durimg more than 200 years of root studying, however, many different root research methods have een created and improved. The creation, development and application of the methods in root studying are summarized in this paper.
