变径焊接接头的焊接质量事故分析

通过对 3种变径接头上破裂事故的典型实例分析 ,指出其事故根源均因应力集中和伴随的应力腐蚀所致 ,只要降低或消除变径接头的应力集中系数 ,在焊接质量合格的条件下 。

By analyzing the accidents caused by welding quality of three kinds of changeable diameter joint, this article indicates it is due to stress focus and stress rot coming with it. As long as reduce or remove the stress focus factor of changeable diameter joint, the accident can be removed with the condition of the conformity of welding quality.
