摘要
综述了并行工程中面向制造的设计技术及其在铸造中的研究和应用情况。在并行设计过程中 ,通过产品设计早期阶段引入面向制造设计的DFM评价准则 ,从可铸造性和经济性角度评价设计 ,及时提供设计指导 ,改进不合理设计从而达到提高产品设计质量。
The application and development of design for manufacturing technology of casting in concurrent engineering is summarized. In early concurrent design stage, through introducing DFM criteria to castability analysis as well as cost evaluation and providing timely suggestion, the improper casting design can be avoided. Therefore, the aim of improving design quality, reducing cost and production time can be attained.
