摘要
阐述研制的新型铸造合金钢经 1 1 5 0℃水冷固溶处理后 ,在 3 0 %P2 O5,4 5 %H2 SO4、 2 %F- 、 0 6 %Fe+++、 3 0 0 μg/gCl- 、 2 8%~ 3 1 %CaSO4,温度为 80℃的苛刻介质中 ,具有优良的抗均匀腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、点蚀与磨蚀性能。该合金钢经 80 0℃× 2h空冷的敏化处理后 ,仍具有良好的抗晶间腐蚀性能。由此钢制造的料浆泵叶轮和整机的现场运转表明 ,能够较好地满足复合磷肥生产流程对泵的腐蚀与磨蚀的要求 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
After solution heat treatment at temperature 1150℃,a new kind cast alloy steel was of the good resistance to uniform corrosion,electrochemistry corrosion,pitting corrosion and abrasion when served in the harsh medium of 30% P 2O 5,4 5%H 2SO 4?2%F -?0 6%Fe +++ ?300μg/gCl -?28%~31%CaSO 4 at 80℃.This steel possesses a good resistance to intergranular corrosion after sensibilization treatment at 800℃×2hAC.The field test results of the pump impeller and whole pump made by this cast alloy steel showed that it could provide better resistance to corrosion and abrasion for the pumps in compound phosphate fertilizer production,and be of wide application prospection.
