The article discribed the fundamental principles of Copper removal from solid scrap by means of the solid/gas reaction;introduced the bench—scale and scaledup reaction and auxiliary equipment used for Copper removal from solid scrap and relative parameters and operating technology; pointed out a few problems to be solved.
