摘要
应用高效液相色谱(HPLC),测定了16个三嗪青霉素(BL-P1908)衍生物的油水分配系数(lgp),初步探讨了油水分配系数与抗菌活性之间的关系。
LgP of sixteen new derivatives of BL-P1908 were measured by HPLC. It was found that logP was well linearly correlated with logk'. The relationship between lgP and the antibacterial activity of sixteen compounds was discussed.
