摘要
为了完善均质烧结技术 ,柳钢就取消热筛的可行性进行了论证。在充分考虑了可能出现的问题 ,并提出可行的应对措施之后 ,取消热矿筛获得成功 ,不但进一步稳定了生产操作 ,而且使热风温度上升 。
In order to complete the uniform sintering process,the feasibility of eliminating hot screen in Liugang sintering plant was demonstrated After some likely to happen problems were considered sufficiently and the countermeasures were proposed, the hot screen was eliminated from 50m 2 sintering plant As a result, not only the sintering operation were more stabilized, but also the temperature of hot air exhausted from cooler and its utilization value were increased
