摘要
为减少连铸方坯短尺 ,提高定尺坯合格率 ,通过对碳与铸坯收缩率的研究 ,得出最佳的定尺补偿长度 ,以及通过计算机来控制换中包及收尾坯产生的短尺坯的方法。
To eliminate the under gauge billets and raise the ratio of quality products, studies have been made on the carbon content and contraction ratio of the billets and the optimal compensational length for the billet size obtained and the proper method for controls on the exchange of tundish and the under gauge billets in the end of casting process found out with the aid of computer.
