摘要
应用~1H—^(13)C co(?)y,~1H—^(13)C long(?)ange cosy等二维核磁共振技术,对文冠木中具有血小板聚集抑制活性的5种黄酮类成分的~1H—及^(13)C—NMR信号做了明确归属。
Through analysis of the ~1H-, ^(13)C-, and 2D-NMR spectra (DEPT,~1H-^(13)C COSY, ~1H-^(13)C long range COSY), the structures of five flavonoids from the woods of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. were found to be those of Myricetin(1), (-)-Epicatechin (2), (-)-Epigallocatechin (3), dl-Ampelopsin (4) and Quercetin (5). All the carbon and hydrogen atoms in these five compounds could be assigned.
