摘要
叙述了用左权超纯铁精矿粉制取ZHF1 0 0·2 80还原铁粉的结果。所制铁粉的共生金属元素含量低 ,总铁含量高 ,具有良好的物理工艺性能 ,压缩性大于6 8g/cm3,一次压制密度可达 7 0 g/cm3以上。充分利用左权磁铁矿资源 ,发展优质铁粉 。
This paper describes the results of preparing ZHF100·280 Reduced Iron Powders from Zuoquan ultra pure powdered magnetite concentrates.The obtained powders contain low coexisting metals,high total iron.Both the physical properties and processibility of the powders are satisfactory.The compactness is higher than 6.8 g/cm 3,The density after single pressing can be bigger than 7.0 g/cm 3.So it is valuable for preparation of excellent iron powders by taking advantage of the resources of Zuoquan magnetite.
