铜粉的电解制备工艺研究 被引量:24

摘要 对电解法制取铜粉的工艺进行了研究 ,探讨了电解液的稳定性及各工艺条件如离子浓度、电流密度、温度等对铜粉性能的影响。采用电解铜和钛为阳极 ,不锈钢为阴极 ,以 1 80 g/LH2 SO4和 8g/LCu2 +为电解体系 ,阴极电流密度为 6A/dm2 的工艺条件下稳定获得平均粒径为 1 2 μm的铜粉。阴极电流效率为 72 %。 The process of electrolytic manufacturing of copper powders is studied in this work.The stability of electrolyte solution and the effects of some parameters including concentration of Cu 2+ and H +,cathode current density,temperature,etc.,on the performance of Cu powders are investigated.The results show that the copper powders with average diameter of 12 μm can be always obtained under suitable conditions as follows:anode is copper and titanium,cathode is stainless steel,electrolyte is 180 g/L H 2SO 4 and 8 g/L Cu 2+ and cathode current density is 6 A/dm 2.The cathode current efficiency is 72 %.After the products were treated with BTA agent,they have great stability to anti oxidize when it is stored for a long time.
