摘要
研究了烧结过程控制专家系统的总体设计方案 ,包括烧结矿化学成分控制和烧结过程状态控制。烧结过程控制知识采用混合知识表示模式和多库结构与多层次结构相结合的知识库组织形式 ,推理机采用多级目标推理机模型和混合推理策略。开发了基于自适应预报的烧结矿化学成分控制专家系统和烧结过程状态控制专家系统 ,系统软件包括近 10 0 0条专家规则 。
In this paper, the general scheme of expert system for controlling sintering process is studied It consists of chemical composition control and process state control The hybrid knowledge representation method, the knowledge base architecture of combining multi base and multi hierarchy, the multi goal inference engine model and the hybrid inference strategy are applied The expert system for controlling chemical composition based on adaptive prediction and sintering process state has been developed The software of the system, which includes about 1000 expert rules, is successfully applied in off line control of sintering process at sintering plant
