摘要
介绍了沙钢润忠 90 t竖式电弧炉热装铁水技术改造的情况。为实施铁水热装、解决炉料来源 ,建设了 380 m3高炉 ,并且电弧炉、钢包炉及连铸机也作了相应改造 ,实现了增产、降耗。
This paper describes the hot metal charging reform for 90 t single shaft furnace at Shagang Sheen Faita A 380 m 3 blast furnace was built to supply hot metal to ultra high power electrical arc furnace The ultra high power electrical arc furnace and ladle furnace as well as continuous casting machine were revamped accordingly After that,higher productivity,less energy consumption and better product quality were achieved
