摘要
介绍了天津市无缝钢管厂采用Φ210mm40Cr连铸坯生产冷拔地质钻探用管的管坯生产工艺、冷拔工艺和产品质量。研制结果表明,采用4OCr钢完全可以生产出符合标准要求的地质钻探用管。
To introduce the productive process, cold - drawing process and production quality of tube blank of cold -drawing geologic drilling tube with Φ210 mm 40 Cr casting blank in Tianjin Seamless Steel Tube Plant. The result of produce shows that the geologic drilling tube accord with the standard can be produced by using 40 Cr steel.
