摘要
对天津钢管公司PU5厂在用扩管机结构及生产工艺过程进行了分析阐述,该设计在原设备结构基础上增加两个活动主液压缸并取消两个导向杆,使生产效率有较大提高,检修更为简便。
The tube expander structure and its technique in PUS Factory of Tianjin Pipe Co.are modified.Two active main hydraulic jars are added while two guide ram are cancelled on basis of the structure of the former equipment, which to improve the productivity and simplify the maintenance.
