Reform of Burner of Quenching Furnace in Tube Processing Plant

管加工厂淬火炉烧嘴最初为意大利皮昂蒂公司设计,由于烧嘴砖的耐火材料选择不合适以及烧嘴结构不合理,使烧嘴砖容易开裂,结果导致烧嘴周围的炉皮钢板烧红发生变形。基于这种情况,现采用新的耐火材料,缩短烧嘴的长度,采用整体浇注的形式,浇注出一整体烧嘴。经改造后,烧嘴寿命由原来的半年提高到两年。

The burner of quenching furnace in Tube Processing Plant is firstly designed by Piandy Company of Italy. Because of unsuitable choice of refractory materials and unreasonable structure for burner, the burner is easy to crack, which resulted in the steel plata of furnace shell getting red and deformation. Based on the situation, adopting the new refractory materials, the length of burner is reduced. And the integral burner is casted by the form of integral casting. After reform, life of buner is improved from half a year to two years.
