摘要
我国正在从计划经济向市场经济转变。传统的由国家统一调配的人才管理体制正在向适应社会主义市场经济的 新型管理体制转变。人才可以自由流动,企业和个人有了双向选择的机会。企业从被动地接受国家配置人才转变为真正自由用 人单位。个人从被动地服从国家分配转变为可根据自己意愿自由择业的劳动者。在相对于从前宽松得多的人才流动制度下,企 业如何合理配置与使用人才,已成为当前的重要课题。文章拟将通过“人才配置”、“激励”、“培养”三个部分,阐述了现代企业人 才管理。
Our country economic system is turning from plan system to marketing system. Traditional talent management system in our country, united distributing , is turning to new style management system, which is more adopting socialism marketing economic system. Talent may freely flow, enterprise and talent all can select face to face. Mode of enterprise accepting talent is turning from passively accepting talent to freely select talent as needed. Mode of Talent entering enterprise is turning passively distributed to freely select trade as personal wanted. Relative to past talent distributing system, now system more freely, in this case, how to configure and use talent became enterprise's important course. This topic plans to expound talent management in modern enterprise through introducing talent configure, inspirit and train three parts.
