316例慢性未定型肝炎临床与病理研究

Clinincal and pathological research of non A-G chronic hepatitis

探讨慢性未定型肝炎临床与病理特征。采用多种血清学及组织学方法研究３１６例慢性未定型肝炎．并以同期的慢性乙型肝炎及慢性丙型肝炎作为对照。慢性未定型肝炎具有以下临床及病理待征。１ 青年男性发病居多，无输血及输血制品史。无季节性及家庭聚集性。２ 起病隐袭，无明显急性过程．肝病症状及体证少而轻。３血清ＡＬＴ呈轻、中度升高，且反复波动。４ 肝组织炎症改变较轻，退行变明显，不同程度脂肪变性较为突出。该型肝炎可能系一种或一种以上未知肝炎病毒感染所致。

To study the clinical and pathological features of chronic undefined hepatitis. In Comparison with chronic hepatitis B and Chronic C 316 cases with chronic undefined hepatitis were observered by serological and histological assays. The Pathological features of undefined hepatitis are shown as followed: 1, More common in young men, without history of transfusion, seasonal, family collection 2,No significant acute stage, the symtoms and signs are slight. 3. Mild or modest ALT elevations with waving unstably. 4.In flammatory injury is slight, while retrogression and fatty degeneration in hepatic tissue were obvious. It seems that chronic undefined hepatits were possibly caused by one or more kinds of new hepa titis virus.
