摘要
将热聚IgG固载到琼脂凝胶珠上 ,制成了一种特异性类风湿关节炎免疫吸附剂。体外吸附实验表明该吸附剂对类风湿因子及其免疫复合物具有强的选择吸附性能 。
A new immunoadsorbent for rheumatoid arthritis was developed by binding heat aggregated human IgG to agar gel beads. Experimental results showed that the adsorbent had a high affinity to RF and IC. Furthermore, it possessed fine stability and blood compatibility, its mechanical strength was suitable for hemoperfusion. These properties of the adsorbent showed its potential applications in clinic medicine.
