摘要
人体组织消融是利用某种形式的能量有意地除去或破坏病理组织如增生的前列腺、肿瘤、造成心率失常的异常传导路径和正常组织如再造冠状动脉的心肌组织的非手术治疗方法。有效地消融要求根据消融条件和消融源预测组织的温度分布。本文的目的就是给出组织消融时温度随时间和空间的完全分布。本文首先建立组织消融的理论模型 ,然后 ,利用Laplace变换方法给出温度随时间和空间的分布函数。为了在不同消融条件和消融源都可以使用本结果 ,确定一些无量纲参数。最后以图形方式给出了温度随这些无量纲参数的分布并做了一些讨论。
Ablation of human tissue is a non surgical procedure for intently removing or destroying pathological tissues such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, tumor, arrhythmogenic abnormal pathways and normal tissues such as revascularizing cardiac tissue through exogenous energy. Effective use of ablative methods requires determining temperature distribution of ablated tissues according to ablating conditions. We aimed to provide a complete temporal and spatial temperature distribution of the ablated tissue. A theoretical model was built, and an analytical solution of the temperature distribution was given by the Laplace transforms. Some parameters were identified as dimensionless in order that the results might widely be used under different ablating conditions. Finally, the temperature distribution with the identified dimensionless parameters was obtained in graphical forms and discussed.
