摘要
本文观察了沙参煎剂对小鼠吞噬百分率、胸腺、脾脏及末梢血中淋巴细胞和T细胞总数的影响,结果表明,沙参可提高细胞免疫和非特异性免疫,且可抑制体液免疫,具有调节免疫平衡的功能。
Effects of Radix Adenophorae on the percentage of phagocytosis,and the number of lymphocytes and T-cells in thymus, spleen and blood in peripheral vessels in mice have been studied. It was shown that Radix Adenophorae not only increased the cellular immunity and the nonspecific immunity, but also inhibited humoral immunity. Therefore, it has the function of regulating immunity balance.
