摘要
本文对细叶藁本原植物特征、药材性状、显微特征及理化鉴别等方面进行了深入地生药鉴定研究,测定了挥发油含量,并进行了初步药理实验。结果表明细叶藁本具有较好的药用价值,为开发利用资源提供了证据。同时发现其根与根茎异常肥大生长与内部构造的相关性。
This article reports on the result of a study of the morphology,the special structure and the physical and chemical properties of Ligusticum tenuissium(Nakai) Kitag. Its volatile oils were identified and pharmacological tests were performed. The results indicate that Ligusticum tenuissimum has a high medicinal value and thus is worth developing as a medicinal resource.
