摘要
本文报告了5-氟尿嘧啶毫微型胶囊(5-Fu NC)的药物动力学研究结果:兔体内单次静注给药后,用高效液相色谱法测定了5-Fu Nc和5-氟尿嘧啶注射液的血药浓度,并且用PKBPN1药代程序计算了各项药物动力学参数。结果表明:制成毫微囊后,5-氟尿嘧啶在体内分布得更为迅速,作用时间也更长。
In the paper, results of pharmacokinetics of 5-fluorouracil nanocapsules(5-FuNC)are reported. After i.v. injection of 5-FuNC and 5-fluorouracil injection(5-FuIn) into rabbits, the plasma concentritions were measured by HPLC.Pharmacokinetic parameters of 5-FuNC and 5-FuIn calculated by using a PKBP-N1 program showed different distribution rates and that the onset of 5-FuNC was sooner and duration longer than that of 5-FuIn.
