世界汽车工业在经济全球化的影响下进行了合并和重组,最终将形成几大跨国界的国际化大集团,例如大众集团、通用集团和福特集团等。中国是世界上最后一个潜力巨大的汽车市场,世界各大汽车集团已通过各种方式进人中国市场。目前,最先认可中国市场的大众汽车公司已在中国打下了坚实的基础;通用汽车公司立足上海,联手上汽,欲争占霸主地位;其它各大跨国公司也都有自己的战略部署。中国汽车工业只有在竞争、重组、合作和合资中才能体现后发优势。
Under the influence of the economic globalization, the world automotive industry realizes combination and reor- ganization. Finally several big trans-country international groups such as VW group, GM group and Ford group are formed. China is a last potential big automotive market in the world. The world automotive groups already entered into China Market in different forms. At present, German Volkswagen Co., the first company recognized China market has laid a gnod foundation in China. GM Motor also steps on Shanghai, cooperates with Shangal Automotive Co. and tries to occupy certain shares in the China automotive market. The other trans -companies also have their own plans and strategies. Only China automotive industry carries out reorgaization, cooperation and joint venture, can it shows the advantage in the sharp competition.
