摘要
城市轨道交通对振动噪声问题有较高的要求.WJ-2型扣件的轨下刚度较大,为了降低轨下和铁垫板下垫层刚度,采用了弹性橡胶垫层.在实验室和现场对弹性垫层的减振和隔振性能进行了试验,得出在保证轨道结构稳定的前提下,将轨下垫刚度降低至25~30 kN/mm,铁垫板下垫层刚度降低至200~250 kN/mm,则可降低高架桥桥面的振动能量达60%以上,从而达到降噪和减小轨道结构动力作用的目的.
The requirement to for lower vibration and noise in the urban rail transit is strict and high. Theinitial stiffness of the pad under WJ-2 fastening is high, to reduce the stiffness of rail pad and baseplate pad,the author argues that high elastic and high dampl rubber shall be used. The test of reducing and isolating vibra-tion of the rubber pad, baseplate and support block was carried out in the laboratory and on the track of ShanghaiUrban-Rail Pearl Line. Under the premise of the stability of the track geometry, if the stiffness 25-30kN/mmfor the rail pad and 200-250kN/mm for the baseplate are used, the vibration energy of the viaduct deck is ex-pected to be reduced over 60% , consequently the aim to reduce the dynamic impact of the railway track is a-chieved.
