本文对青海省洪涝灾害的严重情况作了分析 ,针对产生洪涝灾害的主要原因 。
The paper analyzes the serious conditions of flood calamity in Qinghai Province.To counter to the main season of flood calamity,it puts forward the various prevention countermeasure.
