摘要
本文从传统型拦河坝影响河道行洪 ,造成重大损失 ,引申到探索出新的灌溉引水方式及其内涵和试验效果 ,指出这种方式的出现 。
The paper states that the traditional dam affects on drain flood of river course and causes an improtant loss,so it explores a new irrigation diversion mode and its intension and test effect.At the same time,it points out the occurrence of this kind of mode opens the new road for the irrigation engineering design in Fushun area.
