摘要
本文所研究的问题,在国内外尚未见有报道。该研究证明,在天然牛黄及胆汁中,均存在埃希氏大肠杆菌;在产牛黄的同一个胆囊里,可有数株埃希氏大肠杆菌同时存在,在正常牛活体胆汁中,埃希氏大肠杆菌的总检出率为45.9%,并发现在一个胆囊里,数株埃希氏大肠杆菌转化结合胆红素为非结合胆红素的能力差异很大。在产天然牛黄的胆囊里均存在转化率高的埃希氏大肠杆菌,但在正常牛胆囊里的埃希氏大肠杆菌的转化率则较低。因此,植黄用的菌种,应选用天然牛黄及其胆汁中分离的转化率高的埃希氏大肠杆菌。
The problem studyed in this artieal has not been erported yet at home and abroad. The study proved that Eseheriehia Coli exists both in natural bezoar and its bile. Several strains of Eseheriehis Colibocilli may coexst in one gallbladder produeingbezoar. General checking up rate of Eseheriehia Coli in normal bile of live ox is 45.9%. In a gallbladder, different strains of Eseheriehia Coli has different ability of changing bin5 bilirubin into nonbind one. In the gallbladder producing bezoar. Eseherichia Coli has high changing rate while that in normal ox gallbladder is lower. So, bacterium species used for planting bezoar should choose those Eseheriehia Coli with higher changing rate separated from natural bezoar and bile in addition to domesticating measures.
