摘要
阐述了可靠性与安全性的基本概念 ,对可靠性模型的建立进行了数学分析。采用数学计算方法 ,对 2 0 0 0型监控装置的冗余结构进行了对比分析 ;说明了电磁兼容技术与故障检测技术对提高可靠性的作用及其具体措施。阐明了故障安全的意义。
This paper describes the basic concepts of reliability and safety, analyzes mathematically the building of reliability models. By using mathematic calculation, the redundant structures of LKJ2000 device are compared and analyzed. The influence of EMC technique and failure detecting techniques on improving reliability are described with proposed measures. Meanings, concepts of failure safety, and failure safety design method are given.
