摘要
针对我国即将建造的最高时速达 3 0 0 km·h-1的铁路线路 ,研制列车既安全又耐用的制动闸片已成为当务之急。采用粉末冶金热压烧结工艺 ,通过调整铜基复合材料烧结体的成分 (组成 )、热压工艺参数、钎焊工艺参数等 ,研究铜基复合材料闸片的可行性和相应的研制方案 。
Since the high speed rolling stocks which reach the linit speed of 300km/h are coming to use in our country,the brake used on them must be fit for a speed range of 250~300km/h The feasibility and research plan are discussed by analysing the P/M heat pressing process and soldering technology,optimizing the composition and processing parameters,to realize the purpose of manufacturing brake used on high speed rolling stocks in our country.
