Theory and Practice of Self-balanced Loading Test for Pile Bearing Capacity

摘要 本文介绍了桩承载力自平衡测试方法的基本原理、试验装置及其相对于传统静载试桩法的特点;并根据工程实践经验对其关键技术———荷载箱埋设位置进行了归纳,以适应各种桩型和试桩试验要求;根据与传统静载试桩对比试验结果,提出了该法测试结果向传统静载试桩结果转换的经验转换法及精确转换法;最后介绍了该法在桥桩工程中(桩直径2.8m,极限承载力120000kN)的具体运用,显示了该法在大吨位、特殊试桩场地的桥桩中的应用前景。 A new loading test, called self balanced loading test, including its principle and testing apparatus, as well as its peculiarities in comparison with the traditional static loading test, are introduced. The diverse positions of placing load cell within the pile are classified by actual engineering experience, which can be used respectively and conveniently for all kinds of piles. Empirical conversion and exact conversion methods from the results of self balanced method to the results of traditional loading tests are put forward. Finally, the application of the present method in bridge pile with a diameter of 2.8m and a bearing capacity of 120000kN is introduced.
