价值工程在某教学楼工程勘察设计中的应用

本文通过对某教学楼工程勘察设计的地基基础价值分析 ,说明了利用价值工程原理 ,以最低成本来实现产品必要功能从而提高地基基础价值的一种技术经济分析的方法。

This paper presents some analyses to foundation engineering value (FEV) of geotechnical engineering investingation and design in a school building.It gives a technical economic way in useing value engineering and achieving necessary function with the lowest cost to increase FEV.
