本文通过对FIDIC合同条款的分析 ,介绍了承包商索赔的难点与重点。并通过实例分析重点论述了索赔的依据和方法 ,指出了承包商索赔对加强合同与工程管理 ,提高施工质量与效益具有十分重要的意义。

According to the analysis of the terms of FIDIC conditions of contract,this paper discussed the difficulty and priority of claim of for contractor,mainly introduced the basis and methods of claim with regard to the reality,then pointed out that claim for contractor is very important to enhance the management of contract and engineering,as well as to increase the quality and benefit of construction.
