摘要
城市生活垃圾填埋场无论在填埋过程中还是封顶后都会产生显著的沉降。填埋场的沉降一方面可以增加场区的垃圾消纳量 ,另一方面将对填埋场的维护和场地再利用产生不利影响。垃圾填埋体的沉降受垃圾土的自重压缩和有机质降解的综合影响。本文从分析填埋场沉降机理入手 ,提出填埋体的沉降由主沉降、次沉降和有机物分解沉降三部分组成 ,并给出了沉降估算公式 ;结合工程实例分析了填埋体的沉降过程 ,计算表明 ,一座设计容量为 472万m3,设计填埋高度 73m的填埋场的扩容率可达 97% ;封顶后的最终沉降约为填埋高度的10 %。文中提出了实行分区填埋。
The settlement of MSW landfill is remarkable in both during the filling process and after the covered landfill.The settlement is,on one hand,good to landfill capacity;and on the other hand,is disadvantage to the management and maintenance of landfill.The compression of the refuse soil is due to the combined influence of the self?weight and the organic matter degradation. A settlement process of landfill case is studied ,which is designed to be 73 m high with the volume of 4,720,000 m 3.The result indicates that the expansion rate of the waste capacity is up to 97%and the ultimate settlement is about 10% of the filling height. A control method of settlement is proposed in the paper.It includes to plan a suited filling cell,to compact a refuse soil to the most,and to accelerate the organic matter degradation.
