摘要
介绍了以物化与生化方法相结合的工艺处理酒精废糟液的工程实例及有关参数。原废液COD为 5 5 0 0 0mg/L ,经固液分离、厌氧、气浮后出水COD可达 4 0 0 0mg/L ,再用生活污水稀释至COD为 2 0 0 0mg/L左右 ,经好氧生化和混凝沉淀处理 ,出水COD降至 2 5 8mg/L ,达到《污水综合排放标准》(以薯干类为原料 )现有企业一级排放标准。
A practical process composed of solid liquid separation, anaerobic and contact biological oxidation and activated sludge process treating distiller's waste liquid in a alcohol plant was presented. The related parameters of the facility are given. By this process the effluent with COD 258 mg/L is quite good to meet the national integrated wastewater discharge standard (GB8978 88).
