摘要
对《建筑设计防火规范》和《石油库设计规范》中 ,油罐区消防冷却水水量计算的基本参数方面存在的问题进行了分析 ,建议有关部门统一标准。
In calculation of basic parameters related to water discharge of fire and cooling water system in oilcan area some conflicting will be incurred in the stipulations of the Design Norm of Building Fire System and the Design Norm of Oilcan Area. The authors discussed this problem and call on an accordant standard. Besides three common used cooling water spraying arrangements are compared.
