龙滩电站主机额定水头支承方式的刍议

摘要 由于龙滩电站水头变幅较大 ,考虑水轮机运行稳定性 ,建议提高水轮机额定水头或设置可连续运行的发电机最大容量。为避免浪费 ,并获得好的运行效果 ,必须力争电站连续建设一次建成。机组推力轴承支承在水轮机顶盖上 ,可缩短主轴长度 ,降低机组和厂房高度 ,有利于改善机组运行稳定性 ,并减少投资 。 In view of the large head variation in Longtan hydropower station and the turbine′s operation stability,this paper gives suggestion to raise the rated head of turbine or set a maximum capacity of generator of continuous operation .Longtan power station should be wholly constructed in one stage to avoid waste investment and achieve good operation effect.The thrust bearing of the generating unit resting on turbine′s head cover will decrease the length of main shaft and the height of unit and powerhouse,and the stability of the unit will therefore be improved and investment can be reduced.This is important for underground power station.
