Some Suggestions for Improvement on Reliability Theory of Hydraulic Structures

通过分析目前水工结构可靠度理论中的不足之处 ,提出了若干改进意见 ,即可靠度理论要全面体现参数的不确定性、要充分考虑人误影响 。

Based on the analysis of defects in reliability theory of hydraulic structures this paper gives some suggestions on the improvement for it. i.e. the uncertainty of parameters should be fully reflected, the defect due to human errors should be well considered and the concept of generalized reliability should be introduced.
