This paper gives a brief account of hew to bring the advantage of mititary industry into playing for deyvlopment and manufacture of civil products in Jiang Ning. Machinery Plant .The focal point of this paper is put on a discussion about the development and manufacture of the civil products, such as the electronic yarn clearing installation, medical ultrasound scanner, pressure sensor and other civil products manufactured by the Plant.In the paper, a discussion also is given to the role of the scientific and technological information personnel in the development of civil products.
