摘要
介绍了永磁无刷直流电机的组成、工作原理和特点 ,以及分别采用永磁无刷直流电机和普通单相异步电机的风机盘管机组的对比实验。实验结果表明 :风机盘管机组采用永磁无刷直流电机后 ,在额定转速下可节能 2 0 %以上 ,在中速运行时能耗下降了 70 %以上 ,同时电机其他性能也得到明显提高。
Presents the structure, operating principle and characteristics of the permanent magnetic brushless DC motor, and the results of contrast tests between the fan-coil unit adopting a permanent magnetic brushless DC motor and that adopting a common single-phase asynchronous motor, showing that the former can reduce energy consumption by about 20% in rating rpm and 70% in middle rpm and that the behaviour of the former motor is obviously advantageous.
