对“水质型”缺水城市实行分质供水的探讨

Discussion on Water Quality Based Water Supply in Pollution Induced Water Shortage Cities

指出当前除需继续加大治污和水环境保护的力度以外 ,还应从资源水利和环境水利的角度出发 ,实行优水优用 ,污水巧用 ,差 (海 )水改用 ,分质用水 ,加速构筑多层次、多系统、立体的供水网络 ,这是“水质型”缺水城市解决生活用水特别是饮用优质水问题的必由之路。

It is pointed out that, besides the strengthening of pollution control and environment protection, water quality based utilization should be promoted and construction of a multi layer and multi system water supply network be accelerated from the angles of water resources allocation and environment protection. That is the only way to solve the problem of domestic water supply, especially of drinking water quality in water shortage cities.
