This paper discussed the status of water resources on Qingfeng Farm in detail and posed to carry out drawing lake water from the South,and developing underground water and soil water resources.It is also proposed to draw water from the South to the North,regulate crops composition and other measures to optimize crops composition and put the unified water resources management system into effect,and realized joint utilization of surface water and under ground water based on film covering controlling irrigation.Use water resourced reasonablly,efficiently and sustainablely and develop paddy field where the area is beyond 2×10 4hm 2 and dry farmland water saving irrigation.
