大兴安岭地区水资源的开发利用与保护

Development,utilization and protection of water resources in Daxinganling Area

做为黑龙江干流和嫩江流域上游的大兴安岭地区 ,水资源虽然丰富 ,但现状开发利用率不高 ,水土流失面积加大 ,因此必须加强“两江”上游水资源的开发。

Located in the mainstream in Heilongjiang River and the upper reaches of Nen River catchment,Daxinganling Area has plenty of water resurces.But in fact,the development and utilizaton ratio is low,and soil erosion area is expanding,therefore it's necesary to strengthen development,utilization and the water resource protection in the upper reaches of the two rivers.
