摘要
通过提高对流受热面的换热效率并适当增加受热面的面积,可有效降低锅炉排烟温度,减少排烟热损失,显著提高燃气热水锅炉的热效率。对超低排烟温度燃气热水锅炉进行了技术和经济两方面的可行性分析,结果表明,超低排烟温度锅炉在技术上可以实现锅炉的安全稳定运行,在经济上可带来可观的经济效益;对于出水温度为95℃的燃气热水锅炉,还给出了相应的经济排烟温度,可选在105~115℃左右。
On the basis of the analysis on the heat loss of the gas-fired hot-water boiler,the means for improving the efficiency of gas-fired hot-water boiler are discussed in this paper.Engineering economic analysis was carried out the gas-fired hot-water boiler with ultra-low exit gas temperature.It is feasible both in technique and in economics to lower the ex-it gas temperature to achie ve high thermal efficiency.Economic exit gas temperature of the gas-fired hot-water boiler to produce the hot-water of 95℃is also recommended.
