摘要
本文以上柴公司D6114ZQA型公交车用柴油机为例,介绍了通过燃油系统、燃烧系统、增压系统等一系列改进措施,优化发动机工作过程,使该机型降低了全负荷稳态烟度、低速烟度与自由加速烟度,解决了起步冒黑烟的问题,并达到了欧I排放标准。
Taking D6114ZQA for an example, through modifications of combustion, fuel and turbo - charging systems, optimization of engine working process, full load steady state smoke, low-speed smoke and free acceleration smoke are reduced. Therefore, the problem of black smoke of starting soot is solved. And emission reaches Euro I standard.
