摘要
利用κ -ε双方程模型对湿式旋流烟气脱硫装置涡核区速度场和压力场进行了数值模拟 ,同时利用单颗粒动力学模型模拟了液滴在气流场中的运动 ,用数值模拟方法确定了旋流装置的结构参数 ,实现了湿式旋流烟气脱硫的优化设计 ,降低了实验费用 。
Through the use of a k-Ε dual equation model a numerical simulation was conducted of the vortex area speed and pressure field of a vortex wet gas desulfurization device. Meanwhile, with the help of a single-particle dynamic model the movement of liquid drops in the gas flow field was simulated, and by utilizing the numerical simulation method the structural parameters of the above-mentioned vortex device were determined. As a result, the optimized design of the vortex wet gas desulfurization was realized, contributing to a reduction of test expenses and a decrease in experimental work load.
