摘要
采用厌氧发酵 +UASB +生物接触氧化工艺处理太湖流域某一酒精厂酒精废水。设计处理水量 16 0 0m3 /d ;设计进水COD >4 0 0 0 0mg/L ,BOD >2 0 0 0 0mg/L ,SS >30 0 0 0mg/L ;设计出水COD≤ 30 0mg/L ,BOD≤ 15 0mg/L ,SS≤ 2 0 0mg/L。
Anaerobic fermentation-UASB-biological contact oxidation process with designed capacity of 1 600 m 3/d was adopted to treat wastewater of an alcohol plant in Taihu Lake basin. This is a facility to treat high concentrated inflow with COD>40 000 mg/L,BOD>20 000 mg/L,SS>30 000 mg/L respectively. Expected effluent will be COD≤300 mg/L,BOD≤150 mg/L,SS≤200 mg/L. It could be discharged satisfactorily to meet the requirement of discharge standard.
