采用水库调洪数值解法、多目标模糊优选决策模型、人机交互决策方法、面向对象技术和数据库技术 ,设计与开发了模块化、接口通用化和通用的水库洪水调度系统。在实际应用中 ,针对一个新水库 ,用户使用这一系统 ,输入水库防洪调度的基本资料 ,可实现水库调度方案的迅速生成、制定、仿真模拟、评价与选择等过程。
